# Breathe energy in for six breaths, visualizing a brilliant white-gold light surrounding your entire head, both inside and out, down to your neck. Then relax and focus on feeling and visualize this energy for around five minutes. This can be done while listening to music as this also helps with timing. == Ball of Light Meditation ==
The [[The Chakras|chakras]] are located along the spine, but they also extend to the front of our bodies, excluding the [[The Crown Chakra|crown]] and the [[The Base Chakra|base]]. Each of the chakras, the second through the sixth has an opposite chakra in the front of the body along the abdomen. The [[The Sixth Chakra|sixth chakra]] has three. The rear sixth chakra located at the occipital in the back of the head, the middle sixth chakra is located between the third eye and the occipital sixth chakra.

To perform the meditation, visualize a small ball of bright light the size of a ping-pong ball and light up a chakra on your spine with it and pass it to the front chakra directly opposite it and light it up, then pass it back to the chakra on your spine. Keep passing it back and forth to each chakra, then move up or down to the next chakra (whichever one you want to work with). The illustration on the left shows an example with the sixth chakra.

You can either visualize the ball as white-gold light or the color of the chakra you are working with.

You can also connect the crown to the base. I found the energy center located in the perineum to be especially powerful with this. Just pass it up and down.

=== Using the Ball of Light for Telepathy ===
Now another interesting thing one can do with this is to connect with another person and this greatly enhances [[Satanic Telepathic Communication|telepathy]]. For example, passing the ball back and forth from their heart chakra to yours will tell you about the other person’s emotional experiences and character.

To interrogate someone, pass the ball of light from your third eye to their third eye, back and forth.

Now, it is obvious you can, with experience invade others’ privacy and this also includes your own- just something to be aware of if you don’t want anyone in your personal business. In that case, close down your chakras, if someone does this against your will.

== Beautiful Meditation from Satan ==
This is the most blissful meditation I have ever done; it was a gift to me from Father Satan. This meditation stimulates the crown chakra and the pineal gland and it is a most beautiful natural high that lasts long after the meditation is performed.

Begin by "breathing" into your third eye. Do this several times in and out. (See the [[The Breath|Foundation Meditation]] for how to do this if you are unfamiliar.)

Inhale into your third eye deeply, all the way back into your 6th chakra. (The 6th chakra is behind the third eye and is located about half way from your third eye and the rear of your head.)

Hold the inhale for a count of five. (You can hold longer if you are experienced in power breathing.)

Now slowly exhale and when you exhale, visualize the energy from your inhale as bright light and flood the top part of your head with it. (Your brain area.)

Do this for five to ten times. When you are finished, just relax and meditate on the beautiful energy. It is addicting.

== Blue Light Meditation ==
Demonic energy is [[The Magickal Properties of Color#Blue|blue]]. Blue is also the color of relaxation. Close your eyes and relax until you can no longer feel your body ([[trance]] state). Breathe in the color blue and surround yourself with a blue light, then tune into a floating sensation. The blue light helps to achieve this. Just let go. This meditation can also take you to higher levels and other dimensions.

== Chakra Breathing by Azazel ==
To perform this meditation, you should already be experienced with the [[The Breath|Foundation Meditation]].

Relax and enter into a trance state, then, instead of breathing in energy into your entire body as with the energy meditation, breathe in energy into each one of your chakras, for seven breaths each. Seven breaths is only a guideline; you can do more or less, but it is important to keep your chakras in balance. It is important to not only breathe in the energy, but also to visualize it.

You can breathe in white-gold energy (the most powerful) or the color energy of the chakra.

When you are finished breathing each of the chakras, breathe in energy through all of your seven chakras, front and back to meet in the middle.

After this, perform the [[The Breath|Foundation Meditation]].

This meditation can also be done on just one chakra that is lacking in energy or that is blocked. Just apply the breathing one or more times a day. The rest of the meditation is unnecessary if you are working on a specific weak chakra.

Azazel showed me the power of the sun. Most of us are familiar with drawing down energy from the moon and other planets. The sun is hundreds of times more powerful. The energy of the sun contains all of the colors of the spectrum in their purest forms. Performing this full meditation out of doors under the sun can give you incredible energy and is also very healing. Just affirm "I am breathing in powerful white-gold (or whatever color) energy from the sun, into my ______ chakra." Repeat this several times and then visualize yourself absorbing the energy and brightening your chakras with it.

This meditation is the most powerful. It is done by martial artists and advanced meditators. It enables the practitioner to feel, control and direct [[Energy Meditation|energy]].

Be patient. You more than likely will need 15 minutes to half an hour set aside for this to begin with. Again, everything is individual. In the beginning, for most people, the energy will be slow in coming and will move like molasses, but this varies according to one's development in past lives. Normally with repeated meditations, it will speed up and you will be able to direct it at will.

This exercise is more in FEELING, rather than in visualization.

=== Circulating Energy Meditation steps ===

# Focus on your [[Crown Chakra Meditation|crown chakra]]. Just sit 3-4 minutes and meditate on this [[The Chakras|chakra]]. You may feel it as a sort of crawling sensation. This is normal. When one advances or on occasion, there is an intense feeling of bliss. You may also feel a pressure there.
# Now focus on your [[The Third Eye|third eye]]. Meditate on your third eye for several minutes. Feeling a pressure here is normal.
# Move your attention to your [[Throat Chakra Meditation|throat chakra]] and do the same as with the above two chakras.
# Move your energy to your [[Heart Chakra Meditation|heart chakra]] and focus for a few minutes.

# Now, direct the energy up your spine into your second chakra. (This is the second chakra located on your spine- with the first circulation, we focused on the chakras in the front, we are now directing the energy up the back.)
# Continue to do the same, directing the energy up into each chakra, one by one located in the spine, until you reach your crown.
# This time, you can direct the energy without pausing, moving it along down the front of your body chakra by chakra until you stop again at the perineum and direct the energy up your spine.

Keep circulating the energy as long as you wish. This exercise will enable you to control and direct energy. This is the foundation of all power. You will establish a mind connection to where you are able to focus and the energy will follow. This can be used for healing, empowering or otherwise.

== Color Meditation ==

=== About White Light ===
Unfortunately, “white light” is overused by many Wiccan and New Age people who don’t know what they are doing. These people use white light to the exclusion of all other colors, and as a result are not competent in working with colors. Because white contains *all* of the colors of the spectrum, they are taking in all of these colors and those they are unable to control or work with, are left on their own without direction. Each color represents a particular frequency of energy that most of us use in our daily lives. If one is not competent in the ability to handle each color, the white light often is unable to be used properly.

White light is easy enough to use and is great for beginners, but the problem is that it is overused. White light is great for cleaning one’s aura and balancing energies. It is also great for protection.

White light, when placed around a person, becomes a barrier to interaction with others. This is because white light reflects. If you want to be left alone, then envelope yourself in white light. Filling yourself with white light on the inside strengthens and protects without becoming a barrier to others if you want social interaction.

Overuse of white light can create an arrogant attitude, especially where spirituality is concerned, along with closed mindedness, and rigidity in attitudes. This is often seen in those who practice angel magick. The overall result is that of being at a lower level of spiritual development.

When an individual is competent and has mastered all of the colors, he/she is able to use the white light to its fullest extent.

=== How to practice The Color Meditation ===
Begin by getting comfortable and doing [[Yogic Breathing Basics|breathing exercises]] or whatever you do to focus your mind and calm yourself before entering into your [[Trance|trance state]].

Breathe in and fill yourself with each breath with a specific color of the spectrum, visualizing it as brighter and brighter each time (not lighter; by brighter, I mean more intense):

Red, blue, yellow, orange, violet, green, indigo (bluish-violet, the color of the 6th chakra) or black. This meditation can also be done after meditating on a specific chakra. You can then fill yourself with the color of that chakra.

If you are new to color meditation, hold the color for two to four minutes. If the color feels pleasant, you can hold for a longer period of time. Those who are used to the energy of the colors can hold much longer. One’s increased time should be comfortable and gradual.

Each color should be in its pure form and bright. Later on, it is fine to experiment with different shades when adept.

If a color feel negative to you, work with it gradually. Ask your mind for an answer as to why. What does the color mean to you? What associations do you have with a particular color? This is a great way to find out more about yourself. Which colors feel pleasant to you? These are the ones that you may be using the most in your life to the exclusion of others. Knowing this provides information as to which chakras need more work to bring them up to full power.

=== "Feeling" the colors ===
The most important objective of this meditation is to *feel* the colors. Spend some time with each color, getting into how it feels. Keep a written record in your book of shadows/black book.

Also, you can meditate on the color outside of yourself to feel its energy. It is not necessary to always absorb the color, especially if you feel uncomfortable with certain colors. Remember, if something feels uncomfortable or negative, then stop. When you are finished with this meditation, clean your aura with white light as this will act to balance the all of the colors in your aura.

The benefits of this meditation are the ability to feel, direct and apply color. Color energy is exceptionally powerful when used in [[Satanic Witchcraft#Witchcraft Introduction|magick]]. Each color has specific energies and acts to bring results unique to that energy.

== Meditating on Chakra Sounds by Azazel ==
Each [[The Chakras|chakra]] has a standard sound. By meditating on these sounds and focusing on the specific chakra, this is one way of opening up your [[Clairaudience|astral hearing]].

* [[The Base Chakra|Base Chakra]], the physical Level:
** Sounds include thunder or a soft hissing. [[Red Energy|Red]]
* [[The Sacral Chakra|Sacral Chakra]], the astral Level:
** Roar like the ocean or the sound of wind. [[Orange Energy|Orange]]
* [[The Solar 666 Chakra|Third Chakra]], the level of will:
** H-h-h-a-a-h-h-h sound (silent, like an exhale- no voice; long and continuous) or the sound of humming/vibration [["AUM"|“aum.”]] [[Yellow Energy|Yellow]]
* [[The Heart Chakra|Heart Chakra]], the intuitional Level:
** Buzzing like a bee (bioelectricity) or the sound of a flute. [[Green Energy|Green]]
* [[The Throat Chakra|Throat Chakra]] the mental Level:
** [[Azazel]] gave me a sound. The best way I can describe it is like twisting a balloon. Humming can also be used. [[Blue Energy|Blue]]
* [[The Sixth Chakra|6th Chakra]], the soul Level
** The sound of woodwind instruments. [[Indigo Energy|Bluish violet (indigo)]]
* [[The Crown Chakra|Crown Chakra]], the blissful Level
** Whisper or no sound- this is felt rather than heard. [[Purple Energy|Violet]]

The above levels and sounds are guidelines only to get one started. Focus on a particular chakra, and imagine the corresponding sound as best you can. Try to feel it through your body and resonate on that plane. This meditation will open you to clairaudience.

== King & Queen Meditation ==

=== About the corruption of the heart Chakra and its real role ===
Now, there is a male and a female aspect to the soul. The reason the enemy places so much emphasis on the 'heart' chakra, is because it is basically powerless and is neuter. It is a connector, and nothing more. Anton LaVey wrote in his book 'The Satanic Rituals' regarding "The Seven Towers of Satan",

''"At intervals along this strip were seven towers- the Towers of Satan (Ziarahs)-six of them trapezoidal in form, and one, the center on Mount Lalesh, shaped like a sharp, fluted point."''

The above is an allegory, the 'center' being the neuter 'heart' chakra, shaped differently from the others. In deep meditation, many of us can see this different chakra, which is shaped like a yoni [vagina].

Now, who is 'Inanna'? She is 'Queen of Heaven.' The word 'heaven' really means the 6th and 7th top chakras and their extensions such as the all-important pineal gland. Getting back to my sermon last September, about fixing the energy, the well-known valentine heart with the arrow shot through it is an allegory and symbol for fixing the serpentine energy. The heart is not in the chest as the enemy tries to get us to believe, but it is in the head and is formed by the ida, the pingala and the sushumna, and here are the illustrations for it:

Now, as we know Inanna aka Astaroth, Ishtar and her other names, rules the heart chakra. The heart chakra is in the head, not on the chest, as the enemy has corrupted this and with the Christian arts, where that filthy Nazarene always has his arms open with that heart chakra on the chest exposed, we can see another ugly aspect of that hoax here. In addition, from what I personally believe is that the seat of emotions is not in the chest what the uninitiated call the 'heart' chakra, but in the throat. How many times when you feel sad or like crying, it affects your throat chakra? You get a lump in your throat before you cry. So where is the real seat of emotions? Also, on this one, Satan told me concerning the throat chakra, yes, this is Mercury chakra that rules communications and its higher octave planet Uranus, is up near the pineal gland and rules telepathic communications, a higher octave of verbal communications.

=== The Union between the King and the Queen ===
The allegories preserved in children's fairy tales such as 'Sleeping Beauty' often have the prince kiss the sleeping princess and awaken her. The meaning behind this is the activation and empowerment of the solar 666 [King of the Gods], connects with the 6th chakra; the pineal gland and though this, activates this gland to secrete the elixir/ambrosia which makes immortality possible and reverses physical aging. The Tibetan mantra ''Aum Mani Padme Haum'' means "The Jewel is in the Heart of the Lotus," the "Jewel" being the pineal gland. The above is the correct mantra for this. The enemy, has replaced the [[AUM|all-important 'AUM']] with 'ohm', which has no real power. As most of us know the lotus/lily symbolizes the crown chakra and is ruled by Lilith; the base chakra ruled by Satan [chakra containing the serpent], and the unification of Satan and Lilith indicates the risen serpent; the male and female.

Now, for the meditation connecting the King [3rd solar 666 chakra] and Queen [the 6th chakra and pineal gland]; for the magnum opus to work, the King and Queen must be united. Lilith told me this meditation takes a bit of time in most cases to establish an energy connection.

=== How to do King & Queen Meditation ===
Note: This meditation is not for new people.

[[Satanic rosary|The Satanic rosary]] is used with this. To do this meditation, one must vibrate 108 times for the King and another 108 times for the Queen. 108 + 108 = the very sacred number of 216.

To unite the King & Queen:

# Vibrate 'RAUM' -- RAH—UU—MM into your solar chakra 108 times.
# Relax and keep still and feel the energy from this well up inside of you for a few minutes.
# Vibrate 'AUM' -- AH—UU—MM into your pineal gland 108 times. [Before doing this, try to locate your pineal gland by feel. It is to the lower right side of the 6th chakra or thereabouts. It feels like a hollow. Just do the best you can.
# Relax and keep still and feel the energy for a few minutes.
# Now vibrate 'Inanna' into your 6th chakra seven times. YEEE—NAH—NAH
# Focus on the energy for 10-15 more minutes. If you activate your pineal gland, you will know it. It will blow you away with intense ecstasy.

==== THE MEDITATION: ====
This is the Sun/Moon, alternate nostril breathing method, but connecting the energies of the King and Queen.

1. Begin by focusing on your solar 666 chakra. Close your left nostril with your thumb, inhale through your right nostril, drawing energy up from your 666 chakra into your 6th chakra and pineal gland, then close off the right nostril with your thumb.

2. Without holding, exhale through your left nostril, slowly and evenly exhaling the energy back down into your 666 chakra. At the end of the exhale, hold for a count that is comfortable, say a count of 6 or 10, but make sure to keep the number of the count consistent throughout the meditation.

3. Keeping your right nostril closed, inhale through your left nostril back up into your 6th/pineal gland without holding, then switch and close your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril slowly and evenly exhaling energy down into your 666 chakra. At the end of the exhale, hold.

5. And then inhale through your right nostril again, close the right with your thumb exhale through the left and then hold at the bottom, this completes one round. Do this six times.

Summary:

A. Close off your left nostril with your thumb, inhale through right nostril to your 6th/pineal- do not hold at the top

B. Switch your thumb, closing off your right nostril, exhale through your left nostril to your 666 chakra, hold at the end of the exhale

C. Keeping your right nostril closed, inhale energy from the left nostril from the 666 to the 6th/pineal chakra again, do not hold.

D. Close off your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril back down into your 666 chakra and then at the end of the exhale, hold.

E. keeping your left nostril closed, inhale through your right back to the top, do not hold.

F. switch and close off your right nostril and exhale energy back down into your 666 chakra and then hold.

G. Keeping your right nostril closed, inhale through your left nostril energy back into the 6th again.

Do six rounds of the above.

==== Part 2 ====
After completing the above, focus on your 666 chakra and vibrate RAUM 108 times. Use your Satanic rosary or beads or anything where you can keep count, as using your fingers is not only distracting, but you can easily lose count.

Now, we will revise the Sun/Moon alternate nostril breathing, holding on the inhale at the top:

A. Close off your left nostril with your thumb, inhale through right nostril to your 6th/pineal- hold at the top for as long as you held on the exhale in the previous exercise.

B. Switch your thumb, closing off your right nostril, exhale through your left nostril to your 666 chakra, do not hold at the end of the exhale.

C. Keeping your right nostril closed, immediately inhale energy from the left nostril from the 666 to the 6th/pineal chakra again, then hold.

D. Close off your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril back down into your 666 chakra do not hold.

E. Keeping your left nostril closed, inhale through your right back to the top, then hold.

F. Switch and close off your right nostril and exhale energy back down into your 666 chakra and do not hold.

G. Keeping your right nostril closed, inhale through your left nostril energy back into the 6th again, and hold.

After completing the above, focus on your pineal gland/6th chakra and vibrate GAUM 108 times.

Remain still for 15 or more minutes and meditate on the energy. You can listen to music while you do this if you wish, but it should be soft music, as this meditation will sensitize you to sound, among many other things, opening you psychically and much more.

== Meditation on Satan ==
Most of us have felt Father Satan’s energy. His energy is strong and gives us a feeling of confidence and sometimes exhilaration. We can meditate on his energy and make it more powerful in our lives. By doing this, we grow much closer to Satan, forming a much stronger bond with him. Tune into your breathing or whatever you do to relax and turn off your thoughts. Feel his energy running through you. You can visualize his sigil or any of his symbols. You can also visualize his face if you have ever seen him. This is best done after a ritual when we invoke his energy.

== Meditations for Astral Projection ==
Astral projection is where your soul actually leaves your body. This is different from remote viewing where you enter into a trance and will yourself to a specific location. The following two meditations are just basic guidelines. I suggest for more in depth information to click on the PDF links below.

=== Meditation 1 ===
This meditation feels weird. Just make sure you seriously want to project, otherwise, any hesitation can keep you in your body. You have to be relaxed, both mentally and physically. The first few times are the most difficult. Like with anything else, consistent practice will make this easier, until you no longer have to even enter into a deep trance, but can project any time at will. Some people find projecting easier than others, as they have done this in past lives.

# Get real comfortable and go into a trance. When you are so relaxed you can no longer feel your body, you are ready.
# Visualize your astral body inside your physical body, being held there by your seven chakras. The chakras can be visualized like colored knobs.
# Take each spinning chakra and stop it from spinning and give it a quarter turn in the reverse of the direction it was spinning, like turning a doorknob.
# Relax and let go and try to exit.

=== Meditation 2 ===
This is more like a preparatory exercise. This one is not nearly as powerful as the one above, but less intense for those of you who would rather do this gradually.

# Lie down and relax, as above. Go into a trance. Relax to where you feel like you are floating.
# Now, lift your left astral arm up. Visualize this. You will need to imagine this, but energy follows where it is directed.
# Lift up your right astral arm and touch your face
# Touch both your astral hands together.
# Do the same thing with each leg and foot.
# Imagine your entire astral body floating above your physical body, or somewhere else in the room and concentrate on being there. Just lie there and focus on this for a while. Keep repeating this exercise often and eventually, astral projection will follow.

How does your pet's body feel? Is your pet warm? Cold? Hungry? What does your pet smell in the environment? Use his/her nose. What is in your pet's mind? Animals think in visions.

For maximum effectiveness, the Necronomicon meditations must be performed according to the planets. #*Chant this 12 times, while focusing on your throat chakra and holding the mudra with your hands. This mediation should be performed under the waxing full Moon, when Mercury is most powerful.

VARIATION: I had much success with chanting “NINNGHIZHIDDA.” Thoth [Ninnghizhida] rules the throat chakra of communication.

My advice is to choose whichever chant you feel attracted to.

=== Opening the three Granthis ===

The three "knot" chakras referred to in Sanskrit are the base, the heart [the major knot chakra] and the sixth, behind the third eye - The heart with the side extensions in the shoulder chakras, the base with extensions in the hip chakras and the sixth with extensions in the temple chakras. These three differ from the others in that they are the granthis where the serpent can encounter a major obstacle, preventing it from ascending unless it is opened. The heart has the most powerful block of the three, which keeps the serpent in the lower chakras, preventing expanded consciousness and other psychic abilities. This can be seen blatantly in Barbatos' Sigil at left.

This is also where the fictitious tale of the crucifixion of that foul nazarene was stolen from- this CONCEPT; the nazarene being in the middle of the two others who were supposedly crucified. The more we learn of the occult, it is beyond any doubt that Christianity is nothing more than a hoax and is completely false in every respect. I have learned from Satan that the Enochian Watchtowers, the three knots and the esoteric teachings in the Necronomicon are all allegories. The enemy deludes humanity by leading us to believe that all of these are all material, such as characters and places, when in truth they are all spiritual concepts. The true spiritual path leads us to the godhead where we attain our goals, desires and become masters of our own destinies.

Set's Sigil also depicts the three granthis. Note how the crosses flare out at the ends, depicting the chakras. To fully empower these three chakras one must vibrate all four of them plus the fifth in the middle, taking turns at each one and this is where the swastika came from originally, as the swastika is in the shape of spiritual energy. Once all three granthis are fully opened, one will reach a new spiritual level of knowledge and understanding. The Serpent of Satan is free to ascend.

=== Preliminary information ===
Do your best to feel each of the vibrations in the chakra you are working on. Just focus intensely. This is difficult, but just do the best you can.

Each of these meditations is very powerful and only one chakra should be done at a time with a 48-hour waiting period before proceeding to the next. A sensation of pressure or aching indicates you were successful in opening these points, but experience reveals these can close and the exercises may have to be repeated until they are permanently open. However many times one must repeat these is individual.

== Opening Blocked Chakras ==
Usually, one's base chakra is open. A burning sensation or feeling of intense pressure in one of the chakras usually indicates the one above it is blocked. For example, some people experience a burning in the throat, which indicates the 6th chakra is blocked. Energy is trapped and cannot ascend through the next chakra. Though there are several different ways, vibration is the most effective means of activating and opening a chakra.

I have found in this exercise, the spirit is the light body of the soul and in my own experience; it was just the shape of the individual, like the auric energy field filled with light. This is different from the astral body that mirrors the physical body, with the distinct head, eyes, features, and so forth. The spirit is only a body of light and in some individuals, it is darker. This has been my own personal experience with this technique and should only be used as a guide.

Consistent power meditation alone will sensitize you to where you can pick up on the thoughts and the emotions of others much easier. I have found those with strong minds [people born with a strong Scorpio emphasis, or those who meditate consistently and also those who practice martial arts and yoga], these people have stronger souls, and their thoughts and feelings are much more easily sensed and "read" by those of us who are more sensitized.

I will also tell you, learn to control your thoughts and emotions. Know for certain that if you meditate consistently, perform witchcraft and such, your thoughts are stronger, as are your emotions. Anyone who is a bit more sensitive will be able to pick up on them. To counter this, just clear your mind as with void meditation. This also does not just include people in your immediate environment, but even those at a distance, if you are thinking of them in any way or even anything that is related to them, like a situation, etc. Know this! Always learn to quiet your mind, and to control it. This also includes if you are in any situation where you do not wish to be noticed. Thoughts, especially with those who have stronger souls give off energy.

== Raum Meditation ==
This meditation is about the most powerful I have ever done. Special thanks to our Anti-christ who gave me this meditation telepathically. He is one of the very few who has completed the magnum opus.

This meditation is exceptionally powerful and should only be performed by experienced meditators.

Vibrate RAUM:

* RRR into your base chakra [be sure to roll the R's]
* AHH into your sacral chakra
* UUU into your solar plexus chakra
* MMM into your heart chakra

* Now, vibrate RRR into your heart chakra [be sure to roll the R's]
* AAAH into your throat chakra
* UUU into your 6th chakra
* MMM into your crown chakra.

The above is one round. Do several rounds. It is best to do 13 rounds, or a multiple of 13.

Following the completion of the above, vibrate I-O. I is the symbol for the masculine side of the soul [representing the penis] and O is the symbol for the feminine side of the soul [representing the vagina]. This is especially seen in the Sigils of our Gods. This is also taken from the Greek legend of IO, Princess of Argos, which is an allegory. Argos is of Agares.

Vibrate EEEE focusing on the right side of your body and immediately follow by vibrating OOOOH focusing on the left side of your body [going back and forth], 40 times.

For example, vibrate EEEE focusing on the right side of your body [torso], then immediately vibrate OOOH focusing on the left side of your body. That is one round. Then, immediately vibrate EEEE on the right, then immediately vibrate OOOH on the left. That is the second round. Do 40 rounds of vibrating I then O using a [[Satanic rosary]]. A Satanic rosary is used so one is not distracted when vibrating high numbers of repetitions, by trying to keep count.

The I vibration, pronounced as EEE, is pronounced as the long American English E, as in the American English words SEE, TEA, and ME.

The OOOH vibration is the American English long O, such as in the words HOLD, and NO.

Following the completion of the above, vibrate E-A. Vibrate E, pronounced AY, as in the American English words MAY, SAY, DAY; focusing on the front of your body, and then AHHHH, focusing on your entire spine.

For example, vibrate AAAAYYYYY, focusing on the front of your body- just your torso, then immediately vibrate AAAH focusing on your entire spine. That is one round. Do 40 rounds of vibrating E then A using a Satanic rosary.

The so-called “tetragrammaton” is actually the four-fold meditation for the soul. The “sacred name of God” is a code word for the extreme word of power for the soul. “God” is a code word for the self. The enemy has seriously corrupted this. Azazel and Thoth worked with me to revise this meditation which was based on the new age "Mer Ka Ba meditation." Further revisions were dictated to me from Azazel [26-27/March/2005]. There are many new age authors who write about and teach the Mer Ka Ba. The new age version is based upon a hexagram. The hexagram version was given to new age enthusiasts by angels. What the hexagram does is it establishes a geometric energy field that corresponds to the planet Saturn, of time; the lower octave of Saturn. The current system of time, based on the number 3 and 6, is out of sync with the vibrations of the earth and the universe, which are naturally 13 and 20; the 13 lunar months. Unbeknownst to many, the hexagram meditation is a conspiracy and is to the detriment of humanity. It has to do with the numbers and numerology. Each number 1 - 9 and also 11, 22, 33, 666, etc., has its own powers and vibrations. # Breathe energy in for six breaths, visualizing a brilliant white-gold light surrounding your entire head, both inside and out, down to your neck. == Ball of Light Meditation ==
The [[The Chakras|chakras]] are located along the spine, but they also extend to the front of our bodies, excluding the [[The Crown Chakra|crown]] and the [[The Base Chakra|base]]. Each of the chakras, the second through the sixth has an opposite chakra in the front of the body along the abdomen. The [[The Sixth Chakra|sixth chakra]] has three. The rear sixth chakra located at the occipital in the back of the head, the middle sixth chakra is located between the third eye and the occipital sixth chakra.

To perform the meditation, visualize a small ball of bright light the size of a ping-pong ball and light up a chakra on your spine with it and pass it to the front chakra directly opposite it and light it up, then pass it back to the chakra on your spine. Keep passing it back and forth to each chakra, then move up or down to the next chakra (whichever one you want to work with). The illustration on the left shows an example with the sixth chakra.

You can either visualize the ball as white-gold light or the color of the chakra you are working with.

You can also connect the crown to the base. I found the energy center located in the perineum to be especially powerful with this. Just pass it up and down.

=== Using the Ball of Light for Telepathy ===
Now another interesting thing one can do with this is to connect with another person and this greatly enhances [[Satanic Telepathic Communication|telepathy]]. For example, passing the ball back and forth from their heart chakra to yours will tell you about the other person’s emotional experiences and character.

To interrogate someone, pass the ball of light from your third eye to their third eye, back and forth.

Now, it is obvious you can, with experience invade others’ privacy and this also includes your own- just something to be aware of if you don’t want anyone in your personal business. In that case, close down your chakras, if someone does this against your will.

== Beautiful Meditation from Satan ==
This is the most blissful meditation I have ever done; it was a gift to me from Father Satan. This meditation stimulates the crown chakra and the pineal gland and it is a most beautiful natural high that lasts long after the meditation is performed.

Begin by "breathing" into your third eye. Do this several times in and out. (See the [[The Breath|Foundation Meditation]] for how to do this if you are unfamiliar.)

Inhale into your third eye deeply, all the way back into your 6th chakra. (The 6th chakra is behind the third eye and is located about half way from your third eye and the rear of your head.)

Hold the inhale for a count of five. (You can hold longer if you are experienced in power breathing.)

Now slowly exhale and when you exhale, visualize the energy from your inhale as bright light and flood the top part of your head with it. (Your brain area.)

Do this for five to ten times. When you are finished, just relax and meditate on the beautiful energy. It is addicting.

== Blue Light Meditation ==
Demonic energy is [[The Magickal Properties of Color#Blue|blue]]. Blue is also the color of relaxation. Close your eyes and relax until you can no longer feel your body ([[trance]] state). Breathe in the color blue and surround yourself with a blue light, then tune into a floating sensation. The blue light helps to achieve this. Just let go. This meditation can also take you to higher levels and other dimensions.

To perform this meditation, you should already be experienced with the [[The Breath|Foundation Meditation]].

Relax and enter into a trance state, then, instead of breathing in energy into your entire body as with the energy meditation, breathe in energy into each one of your chakras, for seven breaths each. Seven breaths is only a guideline; you can do more or less, but it is important to keep your chakras in balance. It is important to not only breathe in the energy, but also to visualize it.

You can breathe in white-gold energy (the most powerful) or the color energy of the chakra.

When you are finished breathing each of the chakras, breathe in energy through all of your seven chakras, front and back to meet in the middle.

After this, perform the [[The Breath|Foundation Meditation]].

This meditation can also be done on just one chakra that is lacking in energy or that is blocked. Just apply the breathing one or more times a day. The rest of the meditation is unnecessary if you are working on a specific weak chakra.

Azazel showed me the power of the sun. Most of us are familiar with drawing down energy from the moon and other planets. The sun is hundreds of times more powerful. The energy of the sun contains all of the colors of the spectrum in their purest forms. Performing this full meditation out of doors under the sun can give you incredible energy and is also very healing. Just affirm "I am breathing in powerful white-gold (or whatever color) energy from the sun, into my ______ chakra." Repeat this several times and then visualize yourself absorbing the energy and brightening your chakras with it.

This meditation is the most powerful. It is done by martial artists and advanced meditators. It enables the practitioner to feel, control and direct [[Energy Meditation|energy]].

Be patient. You more than likely will need 15 minutes to half an hour set aside for this to begin with. Again, everything is individual. In the beginning, for most people, the energy will be slow in coming and will move like molasses, but this varies according to one's development in past lives. Normally with repeated meditations, it will speed up and you will be able to direct it at will.

This exercise is more in FEELING, rather than in visualization.

# Focus on your [[Crown Chakra Meditation|crown chakra]]. Just sit 3-4 minutes and meditate on this [[The Chakras|chakra]]. You may feel it as a sort of crawling sensation. This is normal. When one advances or on occasion, there is an intense feeling of bliss. You may also feel a pressure there.

Keep circulating the energy as long as you wish. This exercise will enable you to control and direct energy. This is the foundation of all power. You will establish a mind connection to where you are able to focus and the energy will follow. This can be used for healing, empowering or otherwise.

=== About White Light ===
Unfortunately, “white light” is overused by many Wiccan and New Age people who don’t know what they are doing. These people use white light to the exclusion of all other colors, and as a result are not competent in working with colors. Because white contains *all* of the colors of the spectrum, they are taking in all of these colors and those they are unable to control or work with, are left on their own without direction. Each color represents a particular frequency of energy that most of us use in our daily lives. If one is not competent in the ability to handle each color, the white light often is unable to be used properly.

White light is easy enough to use and is great for beginners, but the problem is that it is overused. White light is great for cleaning one’s aura and balancing energies. It is also great for protection.

White light, when placed around a person, becomes a barrier to interaction with others. This is because white light reflects. If you want to be left alone, then envelope yourself in white light. Filling yourself with white light on the inside strengthens and protects without becoming a barrier to others if you want social interaction.

Overuse of white light can create an arrogant attitude, especially where spirituality is concerned, along with closed mindedness, and rigidity in attitudes. This is often seen in those who practice angel magick. The overall result is that of being at a lower level of spiritual development.

When an individual is competent and has mastered all of the colors, he/she is able to use the white light to its fullest extent.

=== How to practice The Color Meditation ===
Begin by getting comfortable and doing [[Yogic Breathing Basics|breathing exercises]] or whatever you do to focus your mind and calm yourself before entering into your [[Trance|trance state]].

Breathe in and fill yourself with each breath with a specific color of the spectrum, visualizing it as brighter and brighter each time (not lighter; by brighter, I mean more intense):

Red, blue, yellow, orange, violet, green, indigo (bluish-violet, the color of the 6th chakra) or black. This meditation can also be done after meditating on a specific chakra. You can then fill yourself with the color of that chakra.

If you are new to color meditation, hold the color for two to four minutes. If the color feels pleasant, you can hold for a longer period of time. Those who are used to the energy of the colors can hold much longer. One’s increased time should be comfortable and gradual.

Each color should be in its pure form and bright. Later on, it is fine to experiment with different shades when adept.

If a color feel negative to you, work with it gradually. Ask your mind for an answer as to why. What does the color mean to you? What associations do you have with a particular color? This is a great way to find out more about yourself. Which colors feel pleasant to you? These are the ones that you may be using the most in your life to the exclusion of others. Knowing this provides information as to which chakras need more work to bring them up to full power.

=== "Feeling" the colors ===
The most important objective of this meditation is to *feel* the colors. Spend some time with each color, getting into how it feels. Keep a written record in your book of shadows/black book.

Also, you can meditate on the color outside of yourself to feel its energy. It is not necessary to always absorb the color, especially if you feel uncomfortable with certain colors. Remember, if something feels uncomfortable or negative, then stop. When you are finished with this meditation, clean your aura with white light as this will act to balance the all of the colors in your aura.

The benefits of this meditation are the ability to feel, direct and apply color. Color energy is exceptionally powerful when used in [[Satanic Witchcraft#Witchcraft Introduction|magick]]. Each color has specific energies and acts to bring results unique to that energy.

Each [[The Chakras|chakra]] has a standard sound. By meditating on these sounds and focusing on the specific chakra, this is one way of opening up your [[Clairaudience|astral hearing]].

** Sounds include thunder or a soft hissing. [[Red Energy|Red]]
* [[The Sacral Chakra|Sacral Chakra]], the astral Level:
** Roar like the ocean or the sound of wind. [[Orange Energy|Orange]]
* [[The Solar 666 Chakra|Third Chakra]], the level of will:
** H-h-h-a-a-h-h-h sound (silent, like an exhale- no voice; long and continuous) or the sound of humming/vibration [["AUM"|“aum.”]] [[Yellow Energy|Yellow]]
* [[The Heart Chakra|Heart Chakra]], the intuitional Level:
** Buzzing like a bee (bioelectricity) or the sound of a flute. [[Green Energy|Green]]
* [[The Throat Chakra|Throat Chakra]] the mental Level:
** [[Azazel]] gave me a sound. The best way I can describe it is like twisting a balloon. Humming can also be used. [[Blue Energy|Blue]]

The above levels and sounds are guidelines only to get one started. Focus on a particular chakra, and imagine the corresponding sound as best you can. Try to feel it through your body and resonate on that plane. This meditation will open you to clairaudience.

== King & Queen Meditation ==

=== About the corruption of the heart Chakra and its real role ===
Now, there is a male and a female aspect to the soul. The reason the enemy places so much emphasis on the 'heart' chakra, is because it is basically powerless and is neuter. It is a connector, and nothing more. Anton LaVey wrote in his book 'The Satanic Rituals' regarding "The Seven Towers of Satan",

''"At intervals along this strip were seven towers- the Towers of Satan (Ziarahs)-six of them trapezoidal in form, and one, the center on Mount Lalesh, shaped like a sharp, fluted point."''

The above is an allegory, the 'center' being the neuter 'heart' chakra, shaped differently from the others. In deep meditation, many of us can see this different chakra, which is shaped like a yoni [vagina].

Now, who is 'Inanna'? She is 'Queen of Heaven.' The word 'heaven' really means the 6th and 7th top chakras and their extensions such as the all-important pineal gland. Getting back to my sermon last September, about fixing the energy, the well-known valentine heart with the arrow shot through it is an allegory and symbol for fixing the serpentine energy. The heart is not in the chest as the enemy tries to get us to believe, but it is in the head and is formed by the ida, the pingala and the sushumna, and here are the illustrations for it:

Now, as we know Inanna aka Astaroth, Ishtar and her other names, rules the heart chakra. The heart chakra is in the head, not on the chest, as the enemy has corrupted this and with the Christian arts, where that filthy Nazarene always has his arms open with that heart chakra on the chest exposed, we can see another ugly aspect of that hoax here. In addition, from what I personally believe is that the seat of emotions is not in the chest what the uninitiated call the 'heart' chakra, but in the throat. How many times when you feel sad or like crying, it affects your throat chakra? You get a lump in your throat before you cry. So where is the real seat of emotions? Also, on this one, Satan told me concerning the throat chakra, yes, this is Mercury chakra that rules communications and its higher octave planet Uranus, is up near the pineal gland and rules telepathic communications, a higher octave of verbal communications.

=== The Union between the King and the Queen ===
The allegories preserved in children's fairy tales such as 'Sleeping Beauty' often have the prince kiss the sleeping princess and awaken her. The meaning behind this is the activation and empowerment of the solar 666 [King of the Gods], connects with the 6th chakra; the pineal gland and though this, activates this gland to secrete the elixir/ambrosia which makes immortality possible and reverses physical aging. The Tibetan mantra ''Aum Mani Padme Haum'' means "The Jewel is in the Heart of the Lotus," the "Jewel" being the pineal gland. The above is the correct mantra for this. The enemy, has replaced the [[AUM|all-important 'AUM']] with 'ohm', which has no real power. As most of us know the lotus/lily symbolizes the crown chakra and is ruled by Lilith; the base chakra ruled by Satan [chakra containing the serpent], and the unification of Satan and Lilith indicates the risen serpent; the male and female.

Now, for the meditation connecting the King [3rd solar 666 chakra] and Queen [the 6th chakra and pineal gland]; for the magnum opus to work, the King and Queen must be united. Lilith told me this meditation takes a bit of time in most cases to establish an energy connection.

=== How to do King & Queen Meditation ===
Note: This meditation is not for new people.

[[Satanic rosary|The Satanic rosary]] is used with this. To do this meditation, one must vibrate 108 times for the King and another 108 times for the Queen. 108 + 108 = the very sacred number of 216.

To unite the King & Queen:

# Vibrate 'RAUM' -- RAH—UU—MM into your solar chakra 108 times.
# Relax and keep still and feel the energy from this well up inside of you for a few minutes.
# Vibrate 'AUM' -- AH—UU—MM into your pineal gland 108 times. [Before doing this, try to locate your pineal gland by feel. It is to the lower right side of the 6th chakra or thereabouts. It feels like a hollow. Just do the best you can.
# Relax and keep still and feel the energy for a few minutes.
# Now vibrate 'Inanna' into your 6th chakra seven times. YEEE—NAH—NAH
# Focus on the energy for 10-15 more minutes. If you activate your pineal gland, you will know it. It will blow you away with intense ecstasy.

This is the Sun/Moon, alternate nostril breathing method, but connecting the energies of the King and Queen.

1. Begin by focusing on your solar 666 chakra. Close your left nostril with your thumb, inhale through your right nostril, drawing energy up from your 666 chakra into your 6th chakra and pineal gland, then close off the right nostril with your thumb.

2. Without holding, exhale through your left nostril, slowly and evenly exhaling the energy back down into your 666 chakra. At the end of the exhale, hold for a count that is comfortable, say a count of 6 or 10, but make sure to keep the number of the count consistent throughout the meditation.

3. Keeping your right nostril closed, inhale through your left nostril back up into your 6th/pineal gland without holding, then switch and close your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril slowly and evenly exhaling energy down into your 666 chakra. At the end of the exhale, hold.

5. And then inhale through your right nostril again, close the right with your thumb exhale through the left and then hold at the bottom, this completes one round. Do this six times.

Summary:

A. Close off your left nostril with your thumb, inhale through right nostril to your 6th/pineal- do not hold at the top

B. Switch your thumb, closing off your right nostril, exhale through your left nostril to your 666 chakra, hold at the end of the exhale

C. Keeping your right nostril closed, inhale energy from the left nostril from the 666 to the 6th/pineal chakra again, do not hold.

D. Close off your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril back down into your 666 chakra and then at the end of the exhale, hold.

E. keeping your left nostril closed, inhale through your right back to the top, do not hold.

F. switch and close off your right nostril and exhale energy back down into your 666 chakra and then hold.

G. Keeping your right nostril closed, inhale through your left nostril energy back into the 6th again.

Do six rounds of the above.

Now, we will revise the Sun/Moon alternate nostril breathing, holding on the inhale at the top:

A. Close off your left nostril with your thumb, inhale through right nostril to your 6th/pineal- hold at the top for as long as you held on the exhale in the previous exercise.

B. Switch your thumb, closing off your right nostril, exhale through your left nostril to your 666 chakra, do not hold at the end of the exhale.

C. Keeping your right nostril closed, immediately inhale energy from the left nostril from the 666 to the 6th/pineal chakra again, then hold.

D. Close off your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril back down into your 666 chakra do not hold.

E. Keeping your left nostril closed, inhale through your right back to the top, then hold.

F. Switch and close off your right nostril and exhale energy back down into your 666 chakra and do not hold.

G. Keeping your right nostril closed, inhale through your left nostril energy back into the 6th again, and hold.

After completing the above, focus on your pineal gland/6th chakra and vibrate GAUM 108 times.

Upon completing this, remain still for a couple of minutes and focus on the energy.

Now, perform the following breathing exercise 6 times:

1. Inhale through both nostrils for a count of 2 from your 666 chakra into your 6th chakra and pineal gland

2. Hold four a count of 4

3. Exhale for a count of 6, back down into your 666 chakra

Repeat step one.

The above constitutes one round. Perform this 6 times.

Remain still for 15 or more minutes and meditate on the energy. You can listen to music while you do this if you wish, but it should be soft music, as this meditation will sensitize you to sound, among many other things, opening you psychically and much more.

== Meditation on Satan ==
Most of us have felt Father Satan’s energy. His energy is strong and gives us a feeling of confidence and sometimes exhilaration. We can meditate on his energy and make it more powerful in our lives. By doing this, we grow much closer to Satan, forming a much stronger bond with him. Tune into your breathing or whatever you do to relax and turn off your thoughts. Feel his energy running through you. You can visualize his sigil or any of his symbols. You can also visualize his face if you have ever seen him. This is best done after a ritual when we invoke his energy.

== Meditations for Astral Projection ==
Astral projection is where your soul actually leaves your body. This is different from remote viewing where you enter into a trance and will yourself to a specific location. The following two meditations are just basic guidelines. I suggest for more in depth information to click on the PDF links below.

=== Meditation 1 ===
This meditation feels weird. Just make sure you seriously want to project, otherwise, any hesitation can keep you in your body. You have to be relaxed, both mentally and physically. The first few times are the most difficult. Like with anything else, consistent practice will make this easier, until you no longer have to even enter into a deep trance, but can project any time at will. Some people find projecting easier than others, as they have done this in past lives.

# Get real comfortable and go into a trance. When you are so relaxed you can no longer feel your body, you are ready.
# Visualize your astral body inside your physical body, being held there by your seven chakras. The chakras can be visualized like colored knobs.
# Take each spinning chakra and stop it from spinning and give it a quarter turn in the reverse of the direction it was spinning, like turning a doorknob.
# Relax and let go and try to exit.

=== Meditation 2 ===
This is more like a preparatory exercise. This one is not nearly as powerful as the one above, but less intense for those of you who would rather do this gradually.

# Lie down and relax, as above. Go into a trance. Relax to where you feel like you are floating.
# Now, lift your left astral arm up. Visualize this. You will need to imagine this, but energy follows where it is directed.
# Lift up your right astral arm and touch your face
# Touch both your astral hands together.
# Do the same thing with each leg and foot.
# Imagine your entire astral body floating above your physical body, or somewhere else in the room and concentrate on being there. Just lie there and focus on this for a while. Keep repeating this exercise often and eventually, astral projection will follow.

Now, do the same as the above, but this time merge with an animal. You can visualize this animal if you are not near any animals. If you have pets, then choose one of your pets and merge with your pet. See through his/her eyes, hear through his/her ears; feel the floor or ground beneath his/her feet. How does your pet's body feel? Is your pet warm? Cold? Hungry? What does your pet smell in the environment? Use his/her nose. What is in your pet's mind? Animals think in visions.

Now, do the above with a person you know. You can choose a different person each day. Think with their mind.

Plenty. They are *very* important. When mastered, the above exercises will give you skills to:

For maximum effectiveness, the Necronomicon meditations must be performed according to the planets. The dates and times listed below some of the meditations are given in Greenwich Time [Universal Time]. This meditation is most powerful when performed with a powerful full Moon, when the moon is in its home sign of Cancer or when it is exalted in the sign of Taurus, otherwise, you will be wasting your time. The ancients knew patience in regards to power. #Fold your hands, but extend your little fingers at the ends and connect them, all the way down, the little fingers and the Mercury mounts of your palms should be solidly connected.
#Focus on your throat chakra and visualize it as a spinning blue vortex.

#Chant/vibrate "NEBO” on the exhale. You need to adjust your pitch to *feel* it in your throat chakra. Chant this with one long exhale. N-N-N-AY-AY-AY-B-B-B-B-OH-OH-OH-OH
#*Chant this 12 times, while focusing on your throat chakra and holding the mudra with your hands. This mediation should be performed under the waxing full Moon, when Mercury is most powerful.
When you are finished with the vibration, meditate for a few minutes on the sigil.

VARIATION: I had much success with chanting “NINNGHIZHIDDA.” Thoth [Ninnghizhida] rules the throat chakra of communication.

My advice is to choose whichever chant you feel attracted to.

Secondary Meditation: There are two steps to this meditation, given this chakra is a stepping off point and connector for the higher and lower chakras and its symbol is the symbol of water merging with fire- originally the Gebo rune. Astaroth/Inanna rules this chakra.

#On the inhale, breathe in and visualize shining liquid silver energy from the Moon going into and brightening your heart chakra. This energy looks like liquid Mercury and is in a stream from the Moon.

The vibrations given below are weaker versions, but are from the original meditation. === Opening the three Granthis ===

The three "knot" chakras referred to in Sanskrit are the base, the heart [the major knot chakra] and the sixth, behind the third eye - The heart with the side extensions in the shoulder chakras, the base with extensions in the hip chakras and the sixth with extensions in the temple chakras. These three differ from the others in that they are the granthis where the serpent can encounter a major obstacle, preventing it from ascending unless it is opened. The heart has the most powerful block of the three, which keeps the serpent in the lower chakras, preventing expanded consciousness and other psychic abilities. This can be seen blatantly in Barbatos' Sigil at left.

This is also where the fictitious tale of the crucifixion of that foul nazarene was stolen from- this CONCEPT; the nazarene being in the middle of the two others who were supposedly crucified. The more we learn of the occult, it is beyond any doubt that Christianity is nothing more than a hoax and is completely false in every respect. I have learned from Satan that the Enochian Watchtowers, the three knots and the esoteric teachings in the Necronomicon are all allegories. The enemy deludes humanity by leading us to believe that all of these are all material, such as characters and places, when in truth they are all spiritual concepts. The true spiritual path leads us to the godhead where we attain our goals, desires and become masters of our own destinies.

Set's Sigil also depicts the three granthis. Note how the crosses flare out at the ends, depicting the chakras. To fully empower these three chakras one must vibrate all four of them plus the fifth in the middle, taking turns at each one and this is where the swastika came from originally, as the swastika is in the shape of spiritual energy. Once all three granthis are fully opened, one will reach a new spiritual level of knowledge and understanding. The Serpent of Satan is free to ascend.

=== Preliminary information ===
Do your best to feel each of the vibrations in the chakra you are working on. Just focus intensely. This is difficult, but just do the best you can.

Each of these meditations is very powerful and only one chakra should be done at a time with a 48-hour waiting period before proceeding to the next. A sensation of pressure or aching indicates you were successful in opening these points, but experience reveals these can close and the exercises may have to be repeated until they are permanently open. However many times one must repeat these is individual.

When you breathe in energy, visualize each chakra the correct way it should be aligned [the four points facing inwards, and with the sixth chakra point facing down] and light it up with the energy.

# Repeat the steps given in number one with your rear chakra at the back of your head, directly behind the sixth chakra

# Now do the same with your sixth chakra in the center of your head directly behind the third eye.

#* The letter ð is vibrated as a heavy TH, but the tongue is a bit further upwards where your two teeth meet with your gums. This completes a powerful circuit of energy. The R's are always rolled.
# When you breathe in energy, visualize each chakra the correct way it should be aligned [points facing inwards], and light it up with the energy. The center base chakra faces point upwards.
# Repeat the steps given in number 1 now with your left hip chakra
# Repeat the steps given in number 1 with your rear base chakra at the back on your spine, directly at your tailbone.
# Do the same with your right hip chakra
# Now do the same with your center base chakra this is located at your perineum. [The perineum is half-way between your anus and your genitals.]

"ZH" is pronounced as the French "J" as in "Jacques." Again, D is pronounced as "THE" as given above. Align your chakra as shown in the illustration below.
# Now, focus on your middle throat chakra and do the same as in step one.
# Then, do the same with the rear extension on your spine at the back of your neck.

Usually, one's base chakra is open. A burning sensation or feeling of intense pressure in one of the chakras usually indicates the one above it is blocked. Though there are several different ways, vibration is the most effective means of activating and opening a chakra.

I have found in this exercise, the spirit is the light body of the soul and in my own experience; it was just the shape of the individual, like the auric energy field filled with light. This is different from the astral body that mirrors the physical body, with the distinct head, eyes, features, and so forth. The spirit is only a body of light and in some individuals, it is darker. This has been my own personal experience with this technique and should only be used as a guide.

Consistent power meditation alone will sensitize you to where you can pick up on the thoughts and the emotions of others much easier. I have found those with strong minds [people born with a strong Scorpio emphasis, or those who meditate consistently and also those who practice martial arts and yoga], these people have stronger souls, and their thoughts and feelings are much more easily sensed and "read" by those of us who are more sensitized.

I will also tell you, learn to control your thoughts and emotions. Know for certain that if you meditate consistently, perform witchcraft and such, your thoughts are stronger, as are your emotions. Anyone who is a bit more sensitive will be able to pick up on them. To counter this, just clear your mind as with void meditation. This also does not just include people in your immediate environment, but even those at a distance, if you are thinking of them in any way or even anything that is related to them, like a situation, etc. Know this! Always learn to quiet your mind, and to control it. This also includes if you are in any situation where you do not wish to be noticed. Thoughts, especially with those who have stronger souls give off energy.

This meditation is about the most powerful I have ever done. Special thanks to our Anti-christ who gave me this meditation telepathically. He is one of the very few who has completed the magnum opus.

This meditation is exceptionally powerful and should only be performed by experienced meditators.

Vibrate RAUM:

* RRR into your base chakra [be sure to roll the R's]
* AHH into your sacral chakra
* UUU into your solar plexus chakra
* MMM into your heart chakra

* Now, vibrate RRR into your heart chakra [be sure to roll the R's]
* AAAH into your throat chakra

I is the symbol for the masculine side of the soul [representing the penis] and O is the symbol for the feminine side of the soul [representing the vagina]. This is especially seen in the Sigils of our Gods. This is also taken from the Greek legend of IO, Princess of Argos, which is an allegory. Argos is of Agares.

Vibrate EEEE focusing on the right side of your body and immediately follow by vibrating OOOOH focusing on the left side of your body [going back and forth], 40 times.

For example, vibrate EEEE focusing on the right side of your body [torso], then immediately vibrate OOOH focusing on the left side of your body. That is one round. Then, immediately vibrate EEEE on the right, then immediately vibrate OOOH on the left. That is the second round. Do 40 rounds of vibrating I then O using a [[Satanic rosary]]. A Satanic rosary is used so one is not distracted when vibrating high numbers of repetitions, by trying to keep count.

The I vibration, pronounced as EEE, is pronounced as the long American English E, as in the American English words SEE, TEA, and ME.

The OOOH vibration is the American English long O, such as in the words HOLD, and NO.

The so-called “tetragrammaton” is actually the four-fold meditation for the soul. There are many new age authors who write about and teach the Mer Ka Ba. The new age version is based upon a hexagram. The hexagram version was given to new age enthusiasts by angels. What the hexagram does is it establishes a geometric energy field that corresponds to the planet Saturn, of time; the lower octave of Saturn. The current system of time, based on the number 3 and 6, is out of sync with the vibrations of the earth and the universe, which are naturally 13 and 20; the 13 lunar months. Unbeknownst to many, the hexagram meditation is a conspiracy and is to the detriment of humanity. It has to do with the numbers and numerology. Each number 1 - 9 and also 11, 22, 33, 666, etc., has its own powers and vibrations. *Visualize your disk and the pyramids spinning so fast (the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second) they give off intense white light and energy, hold for six and blow for six. This will stabilize the disk.

It is strongly advisable to remain in meditation, meditating upon the energy for 5-15 minutes afterwards, concentrating on feeling the pulsating sensation of the disk.

The chakras are the powerful energy centers of the soul. Each one has a separate function along with certain specific powers. The health of our chakras affects both our physical, emotional, and mental health. There are different parts of the soul, the chakras are the most important and major part.

There are seven major chakras located along the spine that are the most powerful. Each of these chakras vibrates to the frequency of the light spectrum. Satanism strongly supports science, as all of the spiritual and the occult can be scientifically explained. Both science and spirituality complement each other, and work together. Because of the incessant attacks and suppression of scientific inquiry and knowledge by the Christian Churches, science has been held back dangerously and has not reached a level to where all of the occult can be fully explained, but it will in time. Because so much ancient knowledge has been systematically destroyed and much of what remains has been corrupted, most of what is openly available concerning the chakras, unfortunately is flawed. Satan and the Powers of Hell reveal spiritual knowledge as we advance ourselves through meditation.
Given the experiences of many, it appears that the three granthis [knots where the chakra concerned has a powerful energy block that prevents the serpent from ascending] are not at the base, heart, and sixth chakras as popularly taught, but are at the second [sacral] chakra, the throat chakra, and the crown chakra. There have been many accounts of one's heart chakra feeling a burning sensation; as the serpent cannot ascend any further due to a blocked throat chakra.
Now, if the heart chakra were blocked and contained one of the three granthis, the burning sensation would manifest in the solar chakra, not the heart. Going further, the sensation of the crawlies near the crown chakra strongly indicates that chakra is blocked. If it were the 6th chakra as most sources of information available inform us, the sensation would be at the throat or BENEATH the 6th chakra. From direct experience, it appears that seventh is the most difficult chakra to fully open. The sensation of the crawlies, compared by some to ants crawling, indicates that the serpentine energy is going *around* the seventh chakra and not *through* it as it should when this chakra has been fully opened. Other symptoms include pain and discomfort, especially when one's serpentine energy is fully activated.

The crown must be fully opened for the serpent to correctly ascend. Orgasms can also be extremely painful, as sexual orgasm opens the chakras and activates the serpent. When one is meditating regularly, one's energy is much more powerful and this is why these symptoms are very noticeable.

Each of the seven main chakras has a specific function and power. All of the chakras, both major and minor directly affect the organs of the body that they are in proximity with. This is a reciprocal relationship in regards to one's health, as an unhealthy organ will affect the power of the chakra and visa versa. The serpent lies coiled at the base of the spine beneath the base chakra located at the tailbone. The serpent lies dormant until it is stimulated through power meditation or in rare cases, it ascends through accident, being either physical injury or other trauma to the area of the tail bone.

=== What form have the chackra? What is the pineal gland? ===
Each chakra is in the shape of a small funnel, like a miniature spinning tornado in the shape of a cup. The suit of cups in the Tarot symbolizes the chakras, as each chakra holds energy within its cup. The most important chakra is the solar plexus chakra, which is the Grail. There is also more to Thor's Hammer than just its symbolizing the correct alignment of the chakras. The vibration 'TH' activates the 6th chakra and pineal gland, which is the female counterpart to the solar chakra. The pineal gland secretes the elixir of life, which is stored in the solar chakra, and the vibration for the solar chakra is 'RA.' This is the hidden meaning behind 'THOR' which is another very important spiritual concept. The chakras are always spinning unless one wills them to stop as with some methods of astral projection.

These will go away if they are ignored and not fed by any attentions or emotions.

Never be frightened by feeling the energy of your soul for the first time. A strong mind and soul assure that you, yourself have power and also the knowledge to repel unwanted entities [which exist regardless of whether one is open enough to detect them]. The strength of your soul also assures that you will be in control of your own life and destiny and with the knowledge from our Gods, can achieve immortality. Weaker souls are at the mercy of the stronger ones and are reincarnated, forgetting everything learned from the former life and in being damned to repeat the same mistakes for eternity. Satan shows us the way out of all of this. But, we must work at it and through knowledge, never fear.
