| == Satanic Thanksgiving Ritual ==

| There are many times we are blessed by Satan. It is very important that we show our gratitude and acknowledge his gifts. For a Thanksgiving Ritual, this is a way to show appreciation, but the best way is to do some actual work for the Powers of Hell. When one is new, the Powers of Hell will often work on your behalf and help you. The entire foundation of [[SATANISM|True Satanism]] is that Satan helps us and gives us the knowledge to where we can become independent and to help ourselves. Whenever one petitions the Powers of Hell, one draws off of their energies. The entire focus here is one should be using one’s own energies as soon as one is able to.

| Work to destroy the enemy and do this effectively. [[Tactics and Stategies in the Everyday World|Educate people to the truth]], but do this safely and safely is effectively. This can be done online, where you can reach thousands. Working offline,you can put anti-Christian tracts in bibles, Christian books in libraries and such; wherever they will be seen and read. The enemy leaves Christian tracts all over the place and consistently. Be discreet, work quietly and counter them. Practical work is what the Powers of Hell need from us, not just verbal gibberish- talking the talk, but doing little or nothing to actually show appreciation and thanks. Talk is cheap, whether it is used in ritual or otherwise. SHOW your appreciation by devoting your time and energy when and where you can to destroy the enemy and to advance Satanism.

| Lastly- one of the most important things you can give the Powers of Hell is your energy. If you have energy to spare, ask for Satan to send a Demon/ess to take the energy and to deliver it where the Powers of Hell need it. This also includes if you are ever overcharged with energy. Establish a relationship with a Demon/ess and call upon him/her to take any excess energy and deliver it to the Powers of Hell. This is even more serious if you have a coven. Your Patron Demon/ess can take any energy that is left over and deliver it. This is a very important gesture of gratitude.

| == Consecrating and Empowering Ritual Tools ==

| Ritual tools should be consecrated in the Name of Satan. Again, please note, this is for new and inexperienced people; to acquaint one with the basics. For experienced and advanced people, there is a link below.

| The consecration ritual should take place during a full moon.
| |

| If you are empowering an athame, you will need a magnet.
| |

| Begin by placing the item(s) to be blessed upon your [[SATANIC ALTARS|altar]]. If you have an incense burner that needs to be blessed, use another fire-proof receptacle to burn incense for this ritual.

| Light your incense. Light several cones or sticks, as the items will be passed through the smoke of the incense to be consecrated. Loose incense placed on coals is fine, although you may have to keep replenishing it.

| Light several black candles. If black is unavailable, use royal Blue.

| Visualize a powerful electric blue light beginning to hover over you. Fill yourself with this blue light; as you are invoking the powers of Hell.

| For the Athame: Visualize the blue light infused in the Athame. Take your magnet and begin stroking the blade from the hilt to the tip, in one direction, both sides. Visualize the blue light growing stronger and stronger, as you stroke the Athame. This should be done for five minutes. Visualize the blue light in the smoke of the incense and pass the athame through the smoke, and recite the following: "In the Almighty Name of Satan/Lucifer, I bless and dedicate this instrument of air."

| For the Chalice and any items ruled by the element of water: Visualize the same blue light. Infuse and surround your chalice with the light. Pass it through the incense smoke Recite the following: "In the Almighty Name of Satan/Lucifer, I bless and dedicate this instrument of water."

| For the Thurible or incense burner: The burner can either represent the element of fire or the element of air. Go with how you feel. Perform the same rite as with the chalice, by passing it through the smoke and visualizing a blue light. Recite the following: "In the Almighty Name of Satan/Lucifer, I bless and dedicate this instrument of fire." Or: In the Almighty Name of Satan/Lucifer, I bless and dedicate this instrument of Air."

| == Advanced Consecration of Ritual Tools & Other Material Props ==

| Material items [props] have no real power of their own. In truth, the use of props is basically symbolic and an allegory for the powers of the soul. Material props can be empowered with energies, though, making their use effective. Certain items through being used repeatedly in rituals and workings, accumulate powers of their own. Crystals and diamonds, because of their chemical composition, tend to have an affinity for storing certain energies. There is nothing "supernatural" here, as crystals are used as radio transmitters. The same can be said for different kinds of stones and gems. The more inclined the inner structure is to store energy, the better the item/s for being used in rituals. Of course, one does not need to engage in a ceremonial ritual to empower any material item/s. Only focus and the powers of the mind and soul are needed.

While invoking the element is air is optional, it is necessary to vibrate, with focus, the Sanskrit word of power for the element of air into your athame. Vibrate this word of power 108 times into your athame, while stroking the athame. You can use scented oil to lightly lubricate the athame, making stroking easier, if you desire. Perform this working when the moon is in the air sign of Gemini, Libra or Aquarius, preferably in the waxing or full phase. The moon should not be void of course. In contrast to the consecrating ritual for new and inexperienced people, the use of a magnet is optional and not necessary.

| To empower a wand, invoke the [[The Elements#Fire|element of fire]]* and/or vibrate the Sanskrit word of power for fire, which is Tejas and should be vibrated: TH-TH-AY-AY-YY-YY-AH-AH-U-U-U-S-S-S. Vibrate this word of power 108 times into your wand, while stroking the wand. You can use scented oil, same as is optional with the athame. The wand/rod is symbolic of spine that contains the fiery kundalini serpent of Satan. The "A-U" vibration is the foundation of most words of power. Perform this working when the moon is in the fire sign of Aries, Leo or Sagittarius, preferably in the waxing or full phase. The moon should not be void of course.

The moon should not be void of course. The chalice is symbolic of the chakras, which have been referred to as "chalices" or "cups" in spiritual teachings.
