Worry does nothing to change a problem. It drains energy and can cause serious health problems. Again, the mind is out of control, as the same thoughts compulsively repeat themselves over and over, accomplishing nothing but upset. Bad situations and problems need to be rationally thought out for possible solutions and then let go. Constantly rehearsing a bad incident over and over isn’t going to solve the problem. This will only create other problems. Stress tears down the body and mind. Mental and psychological pain can be just as bad as physical pain. A strong mind can refuse this pain. When the mind is calm, often solutions will present themselves and problems can be worked out. We are also more open to the spirit world when we are calm, and often we can find help there. If we calmly ask our mind for answers regarding a certain problem before we fall asleep at night, we will usually have answers when we awaken, or sometimes answers will come to us in a dream.
Out of control emotions are the result of an out of control mind. Void meditation helps with detaching from negative emotions. When unwanted emotions arise, relaxing one’s mind and detaching one’s self from the feeling can be difficult at first, but with persistence, control can be established. Try softening around the emotion or focusing attention on the emotion/feeling, relaxing and letting go. Empty the mind. This can also be helpful in cases of depression. Focus on feeling calm and relaxing inside.

Try increasing your Void a bit, by vibrating AUM a multiple of 9 times, and if necessary add SaTaNaMa also a multiple of 9 times. Also if necessary still after that, try ISA to slow down the problem so you can keep control - again, a multiple of 9 times. For these 9-multiples, you can use 108 vibrations, from some members' experience, but it is rather advised to not do 108 vibrations specifically, because it ties-in to the negative Saturnine energies. 54 (half of 108) or 216 (double 108) are both fine, if you can handle that much and not be distracted/interrupted. Instead of 9-multiples, you could do 8 or 13, as well, but 9 is a specific significant number. 8 is eternal; 9 is permanence for endings and breaking barriers; 13 is transformation.
If you do the 6-count breathing in, 6-count holding, 6-count breathing out Void technique, then try increasing not the count number but the number of times you do it. If you don't use this technique, then try it - but if a count of 6 is too much, then do a count of 1 or 2 or 3 - never hold your breath for too long and never be uncomfortable with it.
