This sort of reaction is common when you take multivitamins on an empty stomach.

They interact with each other and your gastric environment and of course, being so concentrated it irritates the lining of the stomach leading to nausea. The headache is a result of the stomach reaction, particularly if it is located in the frontal part of your head.

My advice is consume these on a full stomach, not an empty stomach and avoid taking raw foods with them. Also, avoid taking too many different vitamins together unless they are in the same formulation and herbal medicine should be taken separate from vitamins as these interact as well.
