The solar plexus chakra is the most important chakra. It is known in Sanskrit as the "Manipura." It is the chakra of the will, and most important, it is the Grail of Lucifer that stores the elixir of life, secreted by the pineal gland. This is where the healing power of the soul emanates. It rules over the digestive system, the stomach, the pancreas, and the muscles. The solar chakra is gold in color and is ruled by the Sun. Its element is fire and its metal is gold.
