Drawing in Energy
Once you are advanced, you no longer have to actually breathe in energy; you can just direct it with your will, using your mind. The easiest way to start out is by willing energy through the front of your body as you would by breathing with the energy meditation. The following meditations are excellent for training yourself to absorb energy using only your mind. Just focus and follow the meditation, but do not include the breathing in to draw in the energy. Just enter into a trance, breathe normally and be relaxed:

About Negative Relationships
With knowledge and power, one can supersede so-called "karma." We are all well aware of reincarnation, many of the people in your life, for good or ill, you have known before, especially family members. These relationships can last many lifetimes. Some of them have a negative effect on us and are destructive to our growth and well-being. The same negative relationship is repeated over and over, back and forth, in different ways, times and bodies.
The good news is, with the proper knowledge and taking appropriate action using this knowledge, we can remove these negative people from our lives; thus setting ourselves and the offending ones free from the control of the evil will of malignant powers.
Remembering and finding Negative relationships
To begin, enter into a trance and go back through your lifetime, as early as you can remember. Write down the persons involved in every negative/destructive relationship you have ever experienced in your life. Leave the positive/beneficial relationships out of this, as these are people we want to continue with.
Negative people can include parents and in many cases, siblings, relatives, schoolteachers, former friends, enemies, spouses, lovers, and/or people who have used you or harmed you in any lasting way, either physically or psychologically. Family relationships are the most powerful, this includes spouses and significant others.
Take your time with this exercise. You can always go back and add more names to the list as old memories surface. Negative karmic relationships are something we need to cut from our lives. Remember when you judge each relationship, that no relationship is perfect.
The most negative relationships will be obvious and you can soon go to work on them. If there is any serious repressed anger that cannot be dealt with, outside of retribution, then perform the appropriate revenge ritual/s. Get it over with in the here and now and be sure to vent everything. This will act as a cathartic and is very therapeutic. You will then be able to heal emotionally and psychologically.
Working to remove Negative relationships
It is best to perform the working during a waning Moon. This working should be done every single day from a full Moon to a new Moon to ensure it will be effective. Workings done only once, are rarely very effective unless one has exceptional power and/or the stars are in very favorable positions, which is rare. The Moon should *NOT* be in the signs of Cancer, or Libra, nor should it be void of course.
Others attach themselves to your soul via strands resembling those with astral projection. They are NOT all "silver," as most popular books lead people to believe. I have seen gold and bronze colored strands and there may be even more colors, so assume nothing. Perform the Detaching exercise to remove these ties.
Make good and sure, the other person (as well as yourself) is completely sealed off when you remove the attachment. Don't try to do more than one person per session. Start with the worst individuals, living or deceased. If you don't know whether they are dead or alive, it doesn't matter. When you are finished, clean your aura.
Different people are best dealt with each with different sessions. At the end, you should feel lighter, freer and at peace. Thank Father Satan at the end of each session. He is the one who brings us the knowledge we need to be free.
In case of strong negative bonds
Relationships can be as addictive as drugs and alcohol. These types can be extremely difficult to get rid of and detach from. You must be 100% sure you want to let go. I have seen in many cases, there is often a need in the victim, where the other person attaches, such as one who is lonely and vulnerable and then the wrong person comes along and attaches [often unknowingly] and a love obsession can develop.
If the above is the case, it is best to try to work on programming your mind and soul to be free of the person first. This can be done by stating affirmations such as "I am totally and completely free from [person's name] in every way." "All of my emotions and feelings for [name of person] are completely and permanently gone." You can do both the detaching and affirmation meditations at the same time, but you have to make sure you WANT to let go, otherwise this can be a waste of time.
How to Detach Unwanted People/Entities from Your Aura
About Psychic Attachment
People in our lives, especially those of whom we have emotions for, and/or of whom we are close to, either positive or negative, are attached to our aura. Normally, we are attached at the chakras. These attachments can last for many lifetimes. They are most common with family members, those who are close to us, and those who have affected our lives in any major way, including pets.
There are symptoms of psychic attachment, the most pronounced are thoughts and/or feelings that are not your own, strong premonitions concerning a loved one or family member and other kinds of telepathic emotions and feelings. To know whether a thought or feeling is your own, take a few moments to engulf yourself in the ether. This is done by visualizing yourself within the ultra-violet light of the ether element. 1970's "black lights" are of the color of the ether. If the feeling/emotion goes away almost immediately, it is not your own. If it remains, then it is yours.
In ridding ourselves of an unwanted relationship attachment/influence, we must acknowledge that a problem exists and WANT to let go. If the one performing the working subconsciously does not want to let go, this exercise will be much more difficult. In addition, there are individuals who have such strong feelings, especially in the way of a love obsession, that their feelings can become inter-meshed with our own, making it difficult to even perform the working.
The working should be repeated every day from 3 days after a Full Moon until the New Moon. With stubborn cases, the working may have to be repeated for 40 days or even longer, depending upon the strength of the bond.
TO REMOVE AN UNWANTED INDIVIDUAL FROM YOUR SOUL:
During the cycle of a waning moon, find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Begin with working on removing one person at a time. If there are several, then work on removing one person at a time, as working on more than one will diffuse your energies and make the entire working ineffective. This working can be time consuming.
Ask your mind where the connection/s is. You will find that a mutual connection exists, where there are one or more attachments at the chakras. If you cannot locate the attachment/s [the stronger the bond/influence, the more attachments], then you will need to sever the influence from all of your chakras to be sure it is completely gone.
- Affirm: "I am now removing any and all ties from [name of person] to my soul, totally, permanently, and completely."
- Taking as much time as you need; use an astral knife, saw, a laser, or whatever you are comfortable working with, and dislodge the connections completely from your chakra, one at a time, while vibrating the seed mantra "TH" and focus this vibration where the connection is being severed. Breathe in, visualize the tool brightening up with white/gold light, and on the exhale, vibrate the TH. Visualize and "will" the connection to be permanently severed.
- Your will must be strong here, as the other person may not want to let go, and you may feel his/her feelings of desperately hanging on, especially in the case of love obsessions. Seal each chakra where the connections were attached with light/energy, white/gold is the most powerful, as it will also deflect any more attempts to reconnect.
- When you are finished with severing the connections from your chakras, clean your aura.
- Then you must seal off your aura. This is done by visualizing a bright white light like that of the Sun [as white light repels and deflects], and affirm: "My aura is constantly and continuously deflecting and repelling all of [name of person]'s energies in every way."
- Recite a Satanic rosary, with the seed mantra for the Sun, as this will reinforce the working and burn away any further attempts at reattachment. You can choose whichever mantra for the Sun you feel comfortable working with, but once you begin with the working, do not change the mantra:
"SURYA" SUUU-RR-YAH
or
"RAUM" RR-AHH-UUU-MMM.

Psychic Vampirism
There is another kind of attachment and that is what is called "psychic vampirism." Psychic vampirism occurs when an individual attaches him/herself astrally to another's soul. He/she usually attaches at one or more of the host's chakras [in most cases, the heart], and drains the host's energy. In all close relationships, there is a mutual soul attachment for better or for worse. In the case of a psychic vampire, the relationship is analogous to that of a parasite and a host. A psychic vampire does not even have to be involved in a relationship, as it is natural for his/her soul to feed off of the energies of others.
The host's energy eventually becomes depleted, especially when in close proximity to the psychic vampire. Whether the vampire is physically near to his/her host, or at a distance, once a psychic vampire has attached him/herself to the host, he/she can drain the host.
Psychic vampires can be strangers, but in many cases, a psychic vampire can even be a family member.
In almost all cases of psychic vampirism, there is a weakness on the part of the host person. The parasite/host relationship often satisfies an unfulfilled need for one or both of the individuals involved. The attaching person's energy feeds off this.

Karmic Problems
Many people experience problems in this life that originated in a past life. The following meditation and Sanskrit word of power can be used for liberating the soul from being stuck in certain situations and being bound in different ways and in ridding one of energies from the past which are proving to be an obstacle in this lifetime.
As I wrote before, one's present love life can be wrecked and/or even non-existent because of commitments made in one's past life or even lives. This is one of the worst and most powerful, as it often involves sexual orgasm, and love is one of the most potent of human emotions. Many fall deeply in love with another person and vow to 'be together with the other person forever.' Often these vows, whether verbal or unspoken manifest during love making and sexual orgasm, which gives them extra power. The result is because one is not at full power and many other things of life and destiny, fate intervenes and the loved one may not reincarnate into the same future life/lives, but the vow still remains. In order to have any decent love life in this present life, the vow/energy on the soul must be successfully removed.
The same can be said in regards to poverty. This is a total game, enforced by the Christian churches for one and all of the so-called 'religions' which have been corrupted with Judeo/Christian FILTH, that preach and indoctrinate their victims into accepting and believing that 'poverty is a virtue' which is a total crock of shit, obviously. The game is further played in that these institutions then serve as a front for 'charitable organizations.' The victim [as is always with these JEWISH programs and games for Gentiles] damns him/herself into a lifetime or even many lifetimes of poverty, so that all wealth and power can be safely and securely kept in the hands of the Jews.

Truth be known, no different from the Jews who CREATE the problems in the first place, then they are the ones who OFFER THE SOLUTIONS - THEIR SOLUTIONS to the very problems THEY created in the first place.

I also want to add- one only has to understand the Jews and what they are and HOW they work to fully understand the enemy Greys, reptilians and related angelic filth. What the Jews do, these entities do on a larger level, like the psychic attacks and intrusiveness- not much different from how the indoctrinated Christians relentlessly attack others and push their Christian filth.
Christian mind programming
One technique Christians have used for centuries is that of mind control. Those who attend Christian services or masses subject themselves to being programmed. One naturally becomes bored and begins mindlessly daydreaming, or even half-nodding off to sleep. This is when one is most susceptible to their subconscious mind being programmed. This is even worse for in the case of small children and even babies whose minds are open and susceptible. In colonial times, church masses lasted all day long. The church usher would carry a long steel pole with a ball at the tip to crack those who nodded off on the head. Church attendance was compulsory, resulting in fines or public humiliation such as confinement to the stocks for a specified period of time if one did not comply. All of this is a conspiracy. The Christian church masses and services are meant to be boring in order to induce a passive and receptive state of mind where one can be programmed without their knowledge.
Those who control the Christian program know all about the mind and how to program the populace. They are nothing but a bunch of the worst criminals. All of this is done deliberately to create a slave state. The slave state is the goal of Christianity. The Christians who walk around with the pasty artificial smiles as though in a trance are those who continuously subject themselves to this indoctrination. More and more church attendance and reinforcement turns them into conditioned robots. This is one reason many who are in the process of breaking away from Christianity have a hard time, experience confusion and sometimes fear. People are unaware they are actually being hypnotized. Studying the truth will eventually result in deprogramming one's mind. The fear, doubt, and confusion will eventually give way to reason.
Meditation for Freeing the Soul from Karmic problems
Ok, so here is the meditation:
Begin at the waning part of a full moon [from the full to the new phase], a full Satanic rosary should be said, vibrating the word 'MUNKA' 108 times. YOU MUST DO THIS FOR FORTY DAYS STRAIGHT WITHOUT ANY INTERRUPTIONS IN THE DAYS! This is pronounced 'MMUUUUUU-NNNN-YAH-KAH.' I can't put in the Sanskrit lettering here as the yahoo does not support this font. The 'N' is like the Spanish Enyay. The above example for the pronunciation is 100% correct and works wonders.

Positive indications that the above working is doing its job is seeing the wings of your soul manifest spontaneously during the working. The wings of the soul are symbolic of spiritual freedom and power.
Magick working for Money
A very effective working for money is as follows:
Recite a Satanic Rosary every day for 40 days straight, using the mantra:
AUM SHRIM MAHA LAKSHMIYEI SWAHA
AH-UU-MM SH-REE-M MAH-HAH LAHK-SHMEE-YAY-EE SVAH-AH
Begin this working when the moon is waxing, preferably when in the signs of Taurus, Cancer, Leo, or Sagittarius. In extreme cases, this working may have to be repeated more than once.
Following the rosary, visualize yourself with money in your hands and plenty of it, while engulfing yourself in brilliant white-gold light, and also the light on the money. Then affirm 9 times:
"I am attracting to myself extremely large amounts of free and easy money. This money is all mine to keep or to spend as I please."
Note: Don't expect a heap of money all at once. You financial situation should improve gradually with this meditation and over time.
Invoking the Elements
Meditation on the Spirit
The properties of the spirit in correspondence to the elements are as follows: the will is of the fire element, the intellect and memory are of air, all aspects of feeling are of the water element, and all aspects of consciousness that connect the three elements is of the earth element.
1. Focus inward into your own spirit, try to be aware of and feel your spirit/astral body and meditate on it.
2. Meditate on each aspect of the above mentioned elements in correspondence to the parts of your spirit.
What this exercise does:
This exercise is important as it hones each aspect of your soul to work magick. It will enable you to influence these aspects within yourself and also when you master them, within others. You will eventually, with practice learn to strengthen or eliminate them.
Meditation to Produce Heat
The sushumna is the line the kundalini travels up the spine. It is very small in diameter. Tibetan monks would be tested for initiation by stripping down naked, wrapping themselves in a wet sheet, and spending the night in the freezing mountains, sitting in the snow. In the morning, if the initiate passed the test, the sheet would be bone dry and several feet of snow around the monk would be melted.
Expanding the sushumna is used to raise body temperature and create heat. This power can also be applied to pyrokinesis (setting objects on fire with the power of the mind).
While in a trance, visualize the sushumna expanding to the spine in either a red hot or white hot glowing light. Focus on this for several minutes and from there, expand it beyond the spine, again, focus for several minutes and then expand it 2 inches beyond the spine. Keep expanding until you are several feet or more beyond your physical body.
This meditation produces a lot of heat, especially when done regularly. When practiced on a frequent basis, one can expect a rise in body temperature.

Each of our chakras responds to and resonates within a certain pitch. One easy way we can find the right tone is going by feel. When we hit the right tone, we should be able to feel it in the chakra. This will cause the chakra to vibrate and release energy.

Concentrating the Elements
Splitting the Soul
These meditations are extremely advanced and can be dangerous to newbies. One should be experienced in meditation, energy manipulation, invoking the elements and in understanding of what he/she is doing on the astral level.
To begin with any of these meditations, one must be thoroughly relaxed. Being disturbed by others, loud noises, the phone ringing, visitors or anything else, including being touched by animals can be dangerous.
Meditating upon the Aura
- To sense and feel your aura: expand your awareness out past your physical self a few inches and sense your aura's energy.
- FEEL your aura and meditate upon it for a few minutes.
- Expand and contract your aura.
- Breathe energy into and out of your aura.
- If you feel you are ready, you can invoke each of the elements into your aura. These should be done slowly, no more than seven breaths to begin with. It is best to only go with one element per day.
- Meditate on the feeling of each element after invoking into your aura.
- If you feel uncomfortable, just breathe the element back out.
Meditating upon the Light Body
- The light body can be felt by expanding your awareness to the energy within your body. This can be felt.
- FEEL your light body and meditate upon this.
- Breathe in energy into and out of your light body.
